About the Journal
Jurnal Ilmu Hukum Litigasi adalah majalah hukum enam bulan (Februari(ganjil) dan Agustus(Genap)), diterbtikan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Litigasi. Bertujuan sebagai wadah dan media komunikasi serta sarana untuk mempublikasikan aneka permasalahan yang aktual dan terkini bagi pada akademisi, praktisi, peneliti hukum dan masyarakat pemerhati hukum pada umumnya.

Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026): Aktualisasi Penegakan Hukum dan Perlindungan Hak dalam Sistem Hukum Indonesia
Terbitan ini mengangkat tema “Dinamika Penegakan Hukum, Perlindungan Hak, dan Pembaruan Sistem Hukum Nasional.” Artikel-artikel yang disajikan membahas berbagai persoalan aktual dalam bidang hukum pidana, hukum perdata, hukum pertanahan, perlindungan anak, restorative justice, serta hukum tata negara. Fokus pembahasan mencakup perlindungan terhadap anak korban kekerasan seksual, penegakan hukum terhadap praktik prostitusi, penyelesaian kecelakaan lalu lintas melalui pendekatan restorative justice, kepastian hukum jual beli tanah di bawah tangan, fragmentasi regulasi hukum perdata, dan kemandirian Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu berdasarkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Keseluruhan artikel menegaskan pentingnya penegakan hukum yang berkeadilan, perlindungan hak yang efektif, harmonisasi regulasi, serta pembaruan sistem hukum nasional yang responsif terhadap perkembangan masyarakat.
